Founded in 2022 by Jacksonville native Adam Boulineau, Southside was created around a straightforward belief: taking care of someone’s property is a service business first. The work matters, but so does answering the phone, communicating clearly, showing up when you say you will and standing behind what you do.
That approach has shaped Southside from the beginning. We work with homeowners, businesses and property managers who want a company they can rely on—not just for one job, but for the property as a whole.
