Frequently asked questions
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing for services varies depending on the specific job and the size and difficulty of the property. We use computer software to calculate the square footage of the lawn for lawn work and care services. The price is determined based on the square footage, with smaller properties typically having a lower price. Other factors, such as overgrowth, may also impact the cost of services. To get an accurate quote, we would need more information about your specific needs and property.
Do mowing services include shrub trimming?
Our service plans can be tailored to fit your specific needs. This means that your plan will include anything and everything that you’d like based on the property being serviced. If you have shrubs on your property, shrub trimming can be arranged. If you have trees that need to be trimmed or weeds that need removing, those can be included in the package, too. All of our plans can be modified to ensure that we can give you what you need; nothing more and nothing less.
How does billing work?
We offer a convenient monthly billing agreement for lawn care services. The invoice is sent on the first day of each month and is due by the fifteenth. For other services, a 50% acceptance payment is required upon agreeing to the estimate, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. The acceptance payment will initiate the mobilization process including ordering necessary materials, and secure the date(s) on our schedule. We accept multiple forms of payment, including cash and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.
Do I need to be home for mowing services?
You do not need to be home for our mowing services. We strive to make our maintenance services convenient and hassle-free. As long as there is easy access to the areas that need attention, we can efficiently carry out our services without any issues. We also provide a comprehensive service record with detailed notes on the tasks completed for transparency and accountability.
Do you offer landscape design or planting?
Yes, we offer landscape design and planting services. We can provide suggestions and advice to help you shape your dream property or take care of the whole process while you sit back and watch.
Do I have to sign a contract for lawn care services?
No, a contract for lawn care services is not required. However, signing a contract offers several benefits. It provides consistency and ensures uninterrupted service throughout the year. It also allows for special pricing and discounts that are not available for one-time services. Additionally, signing a contract provides peace of mind, knowing that experienced professionals will take care of your lawn. With our agreement, you can eliminate the stress of finding a new landscaper every season and have confidence in our reliable services

What if property damage occurs?
In the event that our crew accidentally damages any property, such as hidden sprinkler heads, we kindly request that you notify us immediately within 7 days. This prompt communication allows us to swiftly arrange for a professional repair at our expense. It's important to note that we cannot honor any requests for repair expenses related to damaged property if we were not made aware of the issue and given the opportunity to rectify it beforehand.
Rest assured, our commitment to resolving any damages extends to situations where we may be unable to personally handle the repair. In such cases, we will take the necessary steps to hire a qualified professional who can effectively address the problem.
Your satisfaction and the integrity of your property are of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your cooperation in promptly reporting any damages so that we can promptly and professionally address them.
What about my pets and/or outdoor stuff?
We appreciate you informing us if you have any outdoor pets so that our crews can be mindful of their presence. While we make every effort to prevent your pet from escaping through the gate, we cannot guarantee their safety. To ensure a smooth service, kindly remove all pet droppings, toys, large bones, rocks, and other objects from your yard. If hit by a lawn mower, objects like these in your yard are hazardous to our workers and others. Serious damage can occur to your property, our equipment, or our crews. Please note that outdoor structures like playgrounds and pools will be trimmed around, and we do not remove large objects or trash. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for everyone involved.
Do you offer Bi-weekly services?
We offer bi-weekly services, but only during specific time periods. From May to October, we provide weekly services, while from November to April, bi-weekly services are available. However, we recommend against choosing bi-weekly services during the faster-growing period of May to August. It's important to consider factors such as watering and fertilizing schedules, as the growth of your yard can vary. We adhere to industry standards and do not cut the grass shorter than the recommended height, as removing more than 1/3 of the grass length can lead to issues such as thatch accumulation, clumping of grass, excessive clippings, visible lines or ridges, and an uneven cut.
